We also have Worker’s Compensation to make sure our clients are protected thru & thru. All of our staff are fully vetted and trained to deliver the same quality of work along with a full background check prior to hiring.

* There are no refunds for any orders that are canceled the day of delivery.

* Our company offers a 50% refund for all orders cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the service or arrival date.

* Our company offers a 100% refund for all orders canceled 72 hours or more prior to the service or arrival date.

Meet the Team

George Wainwright

The owner, George Wainwright started working in the landscape industry in the late 80s and realized that there was so much more of a need for cleaning. We started taking on other duties, such as houses, condos, construction sites, nightclubs, and restaurants when a deep clean was needed.

Coming from a Father with a military background, George was taught at an early age the right way to clean. His father would inspect his work after each job and critique meticulously. George quickly developed a love for neatness and perfection and worked hard to make sure each and every square inch of a job was done correctly and in orderly fashion.

Rodgers Dewey

George’s brother, Rodgers Dewey attended a Military Academy during high school and began breaking school records for his neatness and organizational skills acquired as a cadet. Rodgers Dewey has become one of the greatest assets to the company with an extremely strong work ethic and high standards sharing a wealth of knowledge from his experience working to ensure attention to detail gets handled.
